This was build out a food court in their hotel situated in the heart of the Theater District.The food hall’s finishes and design captured the unique brand of its residents; Luke’s Lobster, Sigmund’s Pretzels and doughnuts from Brooklyn-born Dough. The scope included kiosks/kitchens, dish cleaning areas and storage rooms for all seven vendors. Multiple exhaust hoods, a mechanical room and a 3-floor hydraulic elevator also completed the space.
