Kappo Masa

Food & Beverage

Kappo Masa, “New York’s only sushi restaurant housed inside an art gallery”, is found beneath Larry Gagosian’s flagship gallery in the Upper East Side.  L&K Partners was hired to build out the lower level of the gallery into an understated and elegant restaurant.  The restaurant boasts a full open display kitchen as a focal point to the dining experience. The walls, made of pale textured oya stone, display artwork that diners can appreciate while enjoying the masterpieces created in the open kitchen.
