A lot has changed since L&K Partners first incorporated in 1997- from the size and location of our office, to the style of our work. The company began with a small team of 10 and a core focus in corporate interior projects within the financial industry. Today, L&K has expanded exponentially, in our growing team and the breadth of industries and clients we serve- all while staying true to our founding values of quality and integrity.

Commercial Observer Life Sciences Forum →

This past month, we participated and sponsored Commercial Observer’s National Life Science forum. The virtual event brought together leading life science organizations, real estate executives, and public officials to discuss the complexities and opportunities in the Life Sciences industry. New York City continues to explore the possibilities of repurposing buildings for lab and research space, and our team at L&K is proud to contribute to the growth of the industry.
