In honor of the start of Spring, we are taking a look back at an extraordinary terrace project at The Flatiron Institute, which we completed in partnership with Perkins Eastman, Dirtworks Landscaping and Blondie’s Treehouse.

Crain’s Business recently highlighted the surging demand for lab space in NYC. Featured in the article is Deerfield Management's life science campus, The Cure, located at 345 Park Ave South. We partnered with the healthcare investment firm to convert a 1913's Midtown Manhattan office building, into wet labs and research space for budding scientists.
