L&K Partners is proud to announce that two of its recently completed projects were recognized at Interior Design Magazine’s prestigious NYCxDESIGN Awards.

So&So’s, a new hospitality standout in Manhattan designed by Goodrich, took home the top prize in the Bar/Lounge category. The project was recognized for its bold design, rich material palette, and atmospheric detailing that create a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

IBM’s One Madison Ave office was named winner in the Tech Office category. Designed by Gensler, the project aims to support the next-generation workforce, integrating advanced technology, flexible workspaces, and a clean, modern aesthetic.

New York Post: Wegmans serves up its first NYC eatery to lure devoted shoppers

Wegmans is betting that the cult-like devotion of its shoppers will carry over from the supermarket aisles to its first restaurant in the Big Apple.

The Rochester, NY-based chain –  which opened in Astor Place in 2023, with lines that began to form at 4 a.m. – will launch a Japanese-themed eatery adjacent to the store called Next Door on April 30.

The opening comes despite anxiety over the unpredictability of the Trump tariffs, which currently slaps Japan with a 10% levy on all imports
