For over a decade, NYU Langone Health has entrusted our team to deliver construction management services across multiple campuses throughout New York City, supporting one of the nation’s top academic medical centers. Projects include outpatient, research, and administrative facilities — each requiring a balance of technical precision, patient-first design, and the ability to execute in active lab environments.

Our work with NYU Langone has included complete transformation and infrastructure upgrades to retail and whitebox office space, into modern healthcare patient and research centers. Infrastructure upgrades include structural reinforcement to support heavy medical equipment, installation of advanced MEP systems for air quality and infection control, and integration of emergency power and life-safety systems not found in traditional commercial spaces.  Managing these conversions in densely populated, often occupied urban settings also means tight coordination of phasing, logistics, and utility connections to minimize disruption.
