Oath Broadcast and Production Studio

L&K Partners completed the full-floor interior build-out of Oath’s (a Verizon Media company) broadcast and production space in New York City. The project included a live broadcast stage, open studios, green rooms, and post production editing suites equipped with CRAC units and UPS/generator backup. The project required special attention to acoustic and sound quality requirements, as well as integrating complex broadcast systems within the building’s critical MEP infrastructure.
The space also features comprehensive studio support areas including makeup and dressing rooms, office conference rooms, and team lounge and pantry. The project was delivered on schedule to meet the client’s tight production timeline.
