L&K Partners delivered the transformation of One NoMad’s lobby and amenity spaces as part of the repositioning of the boutique office building.

The redesigned lobby improves arrival with a clean, modern layout and refined finishes. A dedicated amenity level features a communal coworking lounge with bistro-style seating, banquettes, and bar—designed with a luxury hotel feel to encourage comfort and interaction. Additional amenities include a private screening room and bike storage.

The result is a refreshed, amenity-rich environment that establishes One NoMad as a premier office building in the Midtown South market.
