L&K Partners was hired for the renovation of the landmarked Paramount Hotel located in the Times Square Theatre District. Under new ownership, the goal of the project was to create a vibrant, welcoming, and functional space for guests while reflecting the historical charm of the Theatre District.
Comfortable seating areas, elegant lighting, and dramatic drapery are incorporated throughout the space. The lobby bar exudes a sense of grandeur with high-quality wood finishes and marble.
