L&K Partners was hired for the renovation of the landmarked Paramount Hotel located in the Times Square Theatre District. Under new ownership, the goal of the project was to create a vibrant, welcoming, and functional space for guests while reflecting the historical charm of the Theatre District.
The scope of work included a comprehensive renovation of the hotel’s public spaces, including the grand lobby, lounge areas, and lobby bar. Comfortable seating areas invite guests to linger, while plush textiles, dramatic drapery, and custom millwork reflect the elegance of early 20th-century design. The centerpiece of the renovation is the reimagined lobby bar, bringing a sense of granduer with high-quality wood paneling, marble finishes, and statement lighting. L&K Partners coordinated complex infrastructure upgrades and preservation requirements inherent to working within a landmarked property—all executed without disrupting the hotel’s ongoing operations.
