Technology company, Snap Inc., engaged L&K Partners in the renovation of several floors of its New York office located in the former New York Times building in Times Square.  The project totals over 45,000sf spanning two floors, with various space types including open concept workstations, private meeting booths, and conference rooms. A new cafe includes a full-service, commercial-grade kitchen and buffet as well as a smaller, grab-and-go outpost for employees to enjoy a quick breakfast, lunch, or gather in surrounding booth seating throughout the work day. A bold new staircase serves as a focal point and connects the 5th and 6th floors. Custom-built on-site, the stairs feature bright yellow tinted glass partitions, wooden handrails and treads.
