L&K Partners Inc. partnered with William Grant & Sons to complete the fit-out of their New York City office spanning two floors at 902 Broadway in New York City. The project transformed the existing space into a workplace that blends functional office areas with hospitality-inspired elements that reflect the heritage of the William Grant & Sons brand.

Visitors are welcomed into a full-service feature bar in the reception area displaying William Grant & Sons products, creating a unique client and hospitality experience. A dramatic two-story feature wall constructed with custom vintage barrels anchors the reception area and visually connects the 2nd and 3rd floors. The barrel installation frames and guides a newly installed staircase leading to the upper level, creating a striking focal point that celebrates the company’s distilling heritage. A custom-fabricated copper portal marks the transition into the main workspace, leading to open workstations, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas. Throughout the office, high-end millwork, bespoke furniture, and custom fixtures contribute to a refined yet warm environment that blends workplace design with hospitality and brand storytelling.

 The completed space supports everyday operations and client engagement, providing a workplace that embodies the William Grant & Sons brand while creating a memorable experience for employees and clients alike.
