Apollo Global Management, a high-growth asset management firm with a global client base, hired L&K Partners to provide construction management and general contracting services for the structural renovation and build-out of their 95,000 sf corporate office. The focal point of the project is Apollo’s glass egress internal staircase connecting 3 floors, which required heavy demolition and structural support. L&K updated the entire building service to accommodate server power required for trading desks and an audio-visual auditorium floor. Other notable features include a full-service cafeteria, a private roof terrace, and client-facing board rooms with accommodating elevators. New infrastructure includes HVAC systems, gas and plumbing risers, waters tanks for a new fire sprinkler system, and UPS data center.
