L&K Partners was hired by a confidential e-commerce company to build-out their 40,000 sf studio and office for it’s music and streaming production center. Located in one of Williamsburg’s premier office developments, the music production space is outfitted with state-of-the-art recording systems and acoustics, comfortable lounge areas, live performance stage and terrace. Since opening, the studio has hosted several live broadcast events and welcomes many internationally- recognized artists and clients.
