L&K Partners has a long-standing partnership with a private research institution, with a mission to advance the frontiers of research in mathematics and the basic sciences, and has provided construction management and general contracting services in the build out of several of their New York City centers. The foundation conducts scientific research in-house as well as hosts forums and seminars in their state-of-the-art auditorium and event space. The centers incorporate warm tones throughout the work areas and features locally sourced designs and furnishings.
