140 Broadway- Conferencing Center and Amenity Lounge

L&K Partners was retained by Union Investment, an international asset management firm, for construction management services for the full fit-out of 140 Broadway’s Conferencing Center and Amenity Lounge. The 52-story office building, required service upgrades including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communication infrastructure as well as installation of an access stair to be connected to the main building lobby, which is the main thoroughfare for access and egress to the building. Located one level below ground level, the Conferencing Center and Amenity Lounge features a multipurpose conference room suitable to host town-hall meetings for up to 250 people, a café and bar area, table games, and breakout meeting space with catering functionality.

Throughout the project, the building remained fully occupied and functional, requiring our team to prepare a detailed logistic plan to maintain safe access and minimal disturbance to the building tenants.
